HOW TO MAKE CRISPY CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS

- tapioca flour

- water

- 1 tbsp cornstrach

- 1 tbsp flour

- garlic

- salt

- broth

- seasoning sauce

- oil

- pepper

- egg

- chilli powder


TOOLS

- spoons

- frying pan

- pan

STEPS

1. first, make a dry dough with tapioca flour and a little splash water, then mix it until it forms small bals

2. then, make a wet dough with cornstrach, flour, eggs, finely chopped onion, a little oil, stock seasoning and pepper.

3. the third, after the chicken breast is flattened, put it into the wet mixture and smooth it out, then add it to the dry mixture.

4. after that, fry until cooked with over medium or low heat, remove and drain, then sprinkle chili powder on top


COMMENT

this is a common taiwanese street food. it has a delicious spicy and savory taste. with a crispy layer on the outside and juicy chicken inside.
